Shindo
Shindo Distillery opened in Fukuoka Prefecture in 2021. It is owned by a long established sake brewery called Shinozaki, which has expertise in barrel-aging shochu. The distillery's plans for the future include growing barley malt & planting Mizunara in the neighbouring forests. Shindo whisky casks available in very limited quantities are Bourbon, Sherry, and Mizunara.
