Macduff
Macduff Distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery located in the town of Macduff, in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was founded in 1962 under the name Glen Deveron, but changed its name to Macduff in the 1970s. The distillery produces a range of whiskies under the name "The Deveron", which are known for their smooth and fruity character. The whiskies are aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, and the distillery has a capacity of around 3 million liters per year. Macduff is owned by John Dewar & Sons, a subsidiary of Bacardi Limited.
